Q: How can I get a printed catalog?A: To request a catalog, click on the Catalog button, or call 1 (800) 451-7481.
Q: When will the merchandise be shipped and when will it arrive?
A: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. For UPS ground service please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. During peak seasonal periods please allow 10-14 business days. For special delivery options please allow 3-5 business days, for rush orders please call us at 1 (800) 451-7481 to place your order.
Q: Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
A: We can only accept one shipping address per order. Your order can be shipped to a different address than the billing address if you would like, but a new order will need to be created if you'd like merchandise to be shipped to more than one address.
Q: Do you have a showroom?
A: We have a showroom in Brooklyn, New York. If you would like to see our showroom with all our merchandise please call or e-mail us.
HELP
Minimum OrderWe have no minimum $ amount anymore. The minimum quantity amount per item is the set packaging. (I.e. Certain items are packed with multiple units per bag/box, & certain items we have prefixed a minimum quantity to purchase. At the side of the product page you will see "Case Packing" with a #. 2/48 = the minimum order is 2 units (Dozen or Gross) & there are 48 units in the case. When purchase items by the case be sure to call and request case pricing.
Adding an Item to Your Order
As you shop, you can add an item to your order by clicking on the "Add one to basket" button found on Product Information pages and on other areas of the site.
Removing an Item from Your Order
If you want to remove an item from your order, simply click "Basket Contents" on the top bar, then click on the "Remove" button next to the item you want to eliminate.
Using the Order Feature
As you shop, you can carry items by adding them to your virtual order. This does not obligate you to buy them; it just keeps track of all the items you have selected.
You can review the items in your order at any time by clicking on "Basket Contents" on the top bar. If you decide to buy more than one of any item, simply change the number in the order's quantity box and select the "Update" button.
If, after reviewing the contents of your shopping cart, you are ready to purchase the items, select "Checkout" on the top bar to begin the simple Checkout process.
Place Order
When you have finished shopping and are satisfied with the items in your order, you can purchase them using our quick Checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" on the right side of the top bar.
Product Search
With over 2,500 items in our inventory, how can you find what you want? We make it easy! You can use the product search feature to quickly find items by Keyword, product name, or by the Slam Bam Fun Merchandise item number. (If your search is unsuccessful, try an alternate spelling).
Executing a search will result in a list of items containing your search word. To access product information for one of the listed items, just click on the product.
If you still can not find what you want, please e-mail customer service or contact us by phone 1-(800) 451-7481 or (718) 855-8011 and we will check to see whether we have the item and it is currently not displayed on the web site or we will try to obtain the product for you.
Shipping
For your convenience we have many shipping methods.
These methods include:
UPS, FEDEX, DHL,
AIBORNE, USPS
As well as TRUCKING for larger orders.
Unless otherwise specified, merchandise will be shipped via UPS ground or RPS. Upon request, merchandise can be shipped by any other method including but not limited to, Fedex, UPS Red (Next day), UPS Blue (2 day), or any other carrier.
If you are shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territory, your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice. For all orders, shipping costs are calculated when goods are shipped and are based on the weight of the merchandise shipped.
For International shipping there are additional charges, please call or e-mail for more information.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made either by Credit card, Corporate Check, Money Order, or Certified Check. Net thirty terms can be set up at the buyers request, please contact Customer Service for more information 1-(800) 451-7481 or (718) 855-8011 or by e-mail.
Returns No merchandise may be returned for credit without first obtaining approval by Customer Service.
